Greetings, My name is William "Rocky" Goshert. I look forward to serving this community and you. I have been involved in Law Enforcement since July of 1980 with the Indiana State Police. I know that drawing on that experience and from six years here at the Sheriff's Department, will enhance my ability as your Sheriff. I have been a school resource officer and a corporal. One thing I have found is that you have to treat people the way you want to be treated. Working with the community is my goal, it is up to us as a team to work together to reduce crime in Kosciusko County. Help us make your neighborhoods safe.
